On August 9, 2025, ECAT participated in the Toronto Multicultural Festival, hosted by the Moksha Canada Foundation.
Toronto is bustling with activity in August, and Sankofa Square, locates in the heart of the city full of visitors of all ethnicities, it is a popular venue for various events.
Invited by the organizer, ECAT assigns seven-person group to perform Dai dance "Enchanted" at the festival.
Among the many performances by various ethnic groups, "Enchanted" won enthusiastic applause from the audience with their innovative and modern Dai music and dance, which combined traditional and modern elements. After the performance, the audience took photos with the performers and praised the performance.
-- Canada Day BBQ Get-together
On a scorching summer day, Aris Babikian, MPP for Scarborough-Agincourt region, hosted a Canada Day barbecue at Terry Fox Park. ECAT was invited to participate the event.
ECAT performed two dances, "Daylily Flower" and "Lagang Tadalafil," which gained enthusiastic applause from the diverse audience.
This event not only fostered close ties between MPP and their constituents but also showcased the richness and depth of multiculturalism.
