Elite Chinese Arts Troupe (ECAT) was established in 2019 dedicated to the new generation of performing art. The team is full of young, passionate artists based in Toronto who are diligent in promoting art and creating quality visual experiences. These artists are eager to contribute to their community by infusing Chinese art and culture into a diverse span of regions.

ECAT possesses extensive performance experience, presenting dozens of shows annually. The troupe boasts not only experience on large stages but also the skills to perform on smaller stages, and possesses the organizational capacity to organize specialized variety shows. The troupe's repertoire focuses on Chinese dance, encompassing classical, folk, modern, operatic dances and so on. Its goal is to showcase Chinese dance art and promote dance culture. Furthermore, ECAT contains a group of Chinese pop singers, who are active in various community events year-round.

ECAT maintains regular training year-round and presents new dance works each year. Through special Mid-Autumn Festival galas, participation in Spring Festival galas, dance performances, dance competitions, annual singing competitions, community performances, Western community events, and performances for nursing homes and hospitals, the troupe contributes to the community's diverse cultural life and showcases the artistic charm of dance and music.

After six years of dedicated development, ECAT has become an indispensable part of the community through its rigorous training system, unique repertoire selection, outstanding instructors, and comprehensive team management. It consistently garners rave reviews from audiences and organizers at various stages and events in Toronto.
